At the1st floor to 2nd floor, there is open coffee shop and library. Not Famous like The library in COEX of Seoul . But Thousands of people visiting here and enjoy reading books and coffee. Specially quite a lot of story picture book for kids.
The best thing here is to enjoy night view. Air view from this building is always great. Because the next door of this building is Songdo central park. This central park is the best place to enjoy night picnic.And the west side is seaside. I bet, the great sunset you can have at the 2nd floor of book cafe. Even the chairs for sunset there.
